    In honour of the Dolphin emblem of Poole! This nice light IPA, is a perfect partner to enjoy after a hard days work. Made with 5 different types of light coloured and distinctive malt, this ale cries out malty sweetness which is rounded off with 4 different types of traditional hop bitterness.

     

    Our Traditional IPAs’ are made with torrified barley. It gives a terrific mouth-feel, but beware if you buy our bottle conditioned beers and stir up the yeast sediment, it’ll take a day or two to settle it down!  - that is if you don’t mind a partially cloudy pint!
